Mullick & Co. Advocates traces its roots to 1937, when Esq. Radhanath Mullick, Attorney-at-Law/Solicitor, established the practice. A pioneer of his time, he guided clients through the intricacies of law during the British Raj and post-independence India. As a trusted advisor to financial institutions and the government, Radhanath played a pivotal role in shaping legal frameworks across areas such as taxation, commerce, real estate, arbitration, and family law. His mentorship of Esq. Netai Charan Mullick and other eminent lawyers laid the foundation for a firm dedicated to client satisfaction and legal excellence.

Esq. Netai Charan Mullick, Attorney-at-law/Solicitor started practicing at the law office in the 1965. After the demise of Esq. Radhanath Mullick, he took the reins from Esq. Radhanath Mullick and practiced Indian laws by advising commercial clients and helping companies stay afloat in times of globalization of businesses.
He continued with the law office until 2001. His leadership skills have helped organizations in various arbitration and litigation matters including drafting instruments for real estate clients.
